Hey everyone, Brand new member here. I have been following the series for about 2 years now. i don't buy the monthly issues (preparing for a flame war) because i discovered it too late and its hard to find back issues here. I have volumes 1-7. then i discovered the books. i have books 4 and 5. I just finished book 5. I was wondering if anyone knew if book 6 is coming out soon or am i just better off buying the volumes to catch up to the current story...

Volumes would be a good choice. Volume 12 happens to be coming out in less than a month.

I know what you mean. I kept seeing the issues released whenever i was at the store, but didn't discover the series until later on, so getting back issues is pretty much impossible. I get the monthlies now, but I buy the HCs when they're out because it's a little more awesome to hold one of those in your hand.

I wish we had information on when book 6 is coming out. Any predictions on who will be the cover character? I'm thinking Douglas.

I'll laugh if it's a Hunter. I just hope I'm reading TPB 12 before I gotta buy textbooks >_>

Image just announced that the sixth hardcover is coming out on October 13, and Carl is on the front. Looks like we'll also be getting two different T-shirts, and the first 50 covers book, too. Sweet!

You'll never be all caught up.  When October rolls around Volume 13 will be done and we'll be entering the trades for volume 14.

aww crap *lol* well...caught up...moreso *lol* at least enough to buy book 6

I like the floppies the best because they come with the letter column and i'm a sucker for letter columns... though they have been getting shorter lately.
