Just curious what TV shows some of you guys are into, after the previous discussions about favorite comics and favorite zombie movies. I avoided these hour-long dramas they show on HBO, Showtime and AMC for the longest time, because I knew I'd get super addicted, but after awhile I just said fuck it. "Breaking Bad" is probably my favorite show on TV right now, but here's some of the other ones that are sucking up all my free time:

*Rescue Me -- funny, touching, characters you really care about, lots of surprises

*True Blood -- not fruity like Twilight, gory and suspenseful, though season three is kinda meh

*Futurama -- has been even better since it came back from getting canceled

*Dexter -- awesome

*Curb Your Enthusiasm -- hilarious

*It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia -- diddo

I've heard nothing but good about Mad Men, Sopranos, Lost, The Shield, The Wire and Sons of Anarchy, but haven't gotten around to checking 'em out yet. And I couldn't really get into Californication, Weeds or that Terminator TV show.

ever since Lost and 24 ended, i really don't watch anything other than House and sports.  as they air anyways.  i watch a few shows online or on demand here and there, when i've got the time.  usually History Channel shows like the Universe and Through the Wormhole, Louie, Eastbound and Down, IT Crowd, stuff like that.

That airs currently or is in between seasons? Not much.

Breaking Bad (best show on TV)

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

V

True Blood

Survivors (UK drama not that bullshit reality show)

Curb Your Enthusiasm
The League

Lost starts out great, but by the end it's something completely different than it was in the beginning. And you never find out the answers to so many of the questions the show makes you ask. I enjoyed it for the most part, but was severely let down by the ending, and most of the final season honestly.

@Buck -- Is Rubicon any good? I watched the first episode, but it was so damn slow-moving that I stopped watching after that. Is it worth picking up after the pilot? Do things get more exciting?

I can't believe no one else has watched Rescue Me; it's such a great show, probably my second favorite after Breaking Bad. I might have to check out Sons of Anarchy next. I saw a preview for season 3 on FX, and it looked frickin' awesome. Always Sunny has a new season starting soon, too. Plenty of shit to keep me occupied before Oct. 31!

By the way, what do you guys think of True Blood season 3? Personally, I think it hasn't been quite as good as the first two. Too cheesy sometimes, and the bad acting can really get to me (god I wish Franklin just killed Tara's annoying ass).

That's some list Jason. Was cool to see Freaks and Geeks on there. That show was awesome, was gutted when they cancelled it.

Only shows still running that I watch are True Blood, Family Guy,  and American Dad.

Was really into Lost untill it ended.
